Making a booking

Its all very simple. Simply chose one of our wonderful properties, complete the attached Booking form and transfer the required deposit as required. Final payment will be required XXX weeks before arrival

Booking Terms and Conditions

You will be very welcome guests of Roger Pot and we hope that you will enjoy, as we do, the glorious peace and tranquillity of the Yorkshire Dales Garsdale Valley. Our Terms and Conditions are to protect us and you, the guest and your party, so please read and adhere to them. By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms set out below:

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The earliest time of arrival is 4pm and the latest time for departure is 10am. Although we try to be as flexible as we can, this time is required to clean and service the accommodation.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS

The supervision of children, dogs and any adults requiring care remains your responsibility at all times.

Please leave the property in a tidy condition and let us know about any breakages as soon as you can so that we can try to replace them before next arrivals. Any articles damaged or broken beyond normal wear and tear must be paid for. We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge should the condition of the property make this necessary.

Do not allow the property to be occupied by more than the maximum number of persons stated in the booking. We count children over 2 in the numbers. We are not insured for excess numbers

Please ensure you take all due care in the house and surrounding land and be responsible for your own safety at all times.

Dogs must not be left unattended in Roger Pot at any time. They should be flea treated & wormed prior to arrival and kept under control in our grounds at all times.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted in any part of the accommodation and the guest and any member of your party agrees not to smoke or vape inside the Accommodation.

RIGHT OF ENTRY

The owner requires reasonable access to the property during your stay if it is deemed necessary; and in an emergency this may be without notice.

OUR LIABILITY

We, the owners shall not be liable to you or any members of your party for any loss or damage to person or property howsoever caused.
